Returns Policy

We accept returns if certain specifications are met.

• The date of shipment of the product back should not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage.
• The return costs are covered by the customer.
• Changes to discounted items are not accepted.
• Once your return is approved and received, the customer can either choose another product or request a refund.
